This guide will cover the physical construction of an OpenSync device:

• Electronics: circuit boards, components, connectors, and wiring.

• Enclosure: housing design and mounting the electronics.

• Machining: enclosure openings, panel preparation, and mechanical parts.

• Construction: assembly sequence and checks on the completed device.
