This guide will cover the physical construction of an OpenSync device:

* **Electronics:** circuit boards, components, connectors, and wiring.
* **Enclosure:** housing design and mounting the electronics.
* **Machining:** enclosure openings, panel preparation, and mechanical parts.
* **Construction:** assembly sequence and checks on the completed device.

Detailed instructions, drawings, and assembly photographs will be added here.
